One Heaven

There once was a man a long long time ago
Who brought good news of one heaven

Every heart flutters with the same rhythm of life
The oceans ebb and flow to the same moon in the sky
We are God’s children we must learn to see again
We must see through each other’s eyes
We are mothers and daughters, fathers and sons

Love can kindle the light of compassion
This light will shine illumine our minds

It’s Love that can carry us to one another
Like the rivers that flow into the oceans

Like the waters that run to the sea
And it’s Love that will set our souls free
